Remote Access is Help on Distance.
Via Quick Assist of Windows 10 I can help you on distance and explain things to you. Via our phone we can talk to eachother and via Quick Assist we are looking at your screen together. We both are able to show things in your screen, so it makes it very usefull for teaching you things of for you to show me things you are having problems with.

If I have to give you help on a distance, you first have to receive a code from me which you have to enter in your screen: ‘Code of assistent’
After we made the steps we are able to look into your screen.
